Return Authorization Numbers
All product returns must be processed with a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA #). NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA #.
To request a Return Authorization number for an item that you have purchased within the past 30 days, please use our return portal.
Please include the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package that you're returning, and / or on the invoice included with your original order. This will help expedite the return & exchange process. If possible also include the reason for the return. (We use it to constantly improve) ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RETURN AUTHORIZATION ISSUE DATE.
Damaged in Shipment
Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the product.
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at [email protected] right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
